just went on a reading spree cuz i was bored...(and i hav a ton of hw sitting right infront of me.)...
i read smth about wanting to the best on someones blog...4got who...
well, it reminds me of...well....myself...
it in human nature to want to be the best, in no matter what..bt how much of that is actually too much?

last night, i couldn't slp becuz i kept thinking about my bio and phy test....how i got 1 qn wrong in both test just because i remembered the wrong thing. 4 marks gone from each paper. I know i may still get an A1, or many an A2, bt deep inside, i still feel really really bad....really disappointed in myself...like how could i make this mistake?!
Even in gaming, i have done it before, owned in a DOTA game, absolutely thrashed my opponents in C&C3, drove circles around people in NFS, leaving many dead in CS. But when i could not do it again, i really feel very disappointed in myself.
i know it may seem ego but face it, i know what i am capable of and this is not up to my standards.
Just 1 qn wrong and i lost my good night's sleep. and also because of my complaints, i got "flamed" by many.
Ask yourself, how many times have you "flamed" a person for getting higher marks than u. i know i've been "flamed" many many times. ASk yourself, deep inside, you want to have those marks too. Who does not want to get high marks, who does not want to be clever, who does not want a bright future ahead?
well i am not afraid to say this:
I want to be the top scorer for sciences in my class
I want to be famous
I want to have an extremely high paying job in the future
I want the best for myself and my family.

It has to be the best, or none at all.

havent been blogging for awhile....abit sian liao. dunt u find blogging abit sian? esp when ur life is freaking boring. the usual repititive stuff like school...wake up at 6.30, wash up, do hair, go sch, slp,recess, slp again, wake up for some lsns, slp again, go home, play com, dinner,com , bath, slp. rinse and repeat. Im gna go crazy soon.

Got to airport at 9.30
father dropped me off at the drop off point thn drove off, leaving me alone to find other rvc ppl...

nothing much...sat beside mingshin for SG - Dubai..
din do much....read the GameAxis mag i bought...C&C3 Kane's Wrath cover story..
played Reversi on the screen infront of me..
and got toatlly owned by the AI...

Landed in Dubai...
Sat down and played halo on my laptop..

boarded plane again..to venice...
sat with zy this time...
okay....nth much again..

Venice.
Touched down, and headed for venice
Beautiful place. Damned beautiful.
Aft an intro, we were given 1hr free time ard the place
so me, mingshin, zhengyang, zhi ying, qi yuan and yu jun went for a gondola ride !
saw lots of interesting things...
deserted alleys where ppl get raped in...

So aft the ride, we chionged back to the meeting place cuz we were late...
thn went to hotel.

Day2
Woke up at ard 6
played abit of halo on my laptop
washed up, hair, thn went down for breakfast
nth interesting...
aft breakfast boarded bus to Riva Del Garda, our competition venue
bus ride was ard 3 hrs

Arrived at Riva Del Garda, went to hotel for check in
woot our room was dam nice
a balcony, and a biiiiiiiiiiig room.

went down for lunch...pasta....

aft lunch, had some practices...and a afternoon run in a park that had the most stunning scenery
a clear blue lake, and mountains ard it....

Day3 - Competition.
Okay...
Overslpt....only woke up when weikai banged on our door.
Me n Mingshin immediately got up, took our jackets, wore shoes, and chionged down to the meeting area for morning run.
Morning run, thn tried Karimata while running..

aft morning run, went back to hotel for breakfast, thn it was time to go for our S category competition.
It was held in this really beautiful church in the city center...
Acoustics were great...
Had sound checks..
thn an hrs wait b4 it was our turn
So we went in, smiled, sang our 4 songs, and walked out.
Felt so relieved aft that. Half down, Half to go.

Went back to hotel for lunch, thn went out again, for our G4 Category.
It was held in this auditorium, that had quite a wierd design....like a spiral of some sort. nvm, it was still nice anw.
had sound checks, thn another hour's wait.
by this time we were all tired and sounded rly bad...bt it all turned out okay b4 our turn.
Went backstage and i heard what i thought was an SATB choir..Ms Tham told us it was Catholic high....thn for a moment i tot cat high was a mixed sch o.O. rly sounded liek an SATB choir i tell u....with sops, altos, tenors and basses....wonder hwo they did that..
Okay so it was our turn...went up, sang our last few songs.
Freedom at last.
Listened to the other choirs sing, thn went back to hotel, dinner, thn all hell breaks loose.
Went back to my room at 1st....thn mingshin went to amandas room...okay so i dun disturb them i stay in my room...
Tried to slp, bt cant...too high liao, so i decided to go to amandas room too...
thr got quite a few ppl....
bt once i got thr i felt dam tired, so i just lay on the bed and slpt.

Day4
Got up the next morning....
went for breakfast..thn went back to my room...
played Halo multiplayer with Sun Zhe and owned him...
thn weikai, jj, cal and some othjer guys came and play too.
and i still OWNED !!! woot.
thn weikai had this stupid idea of tag team, 1 person control gun, 1 person control movement.
Wei Kai and sun zhe, me and mingshin.
Whao, this time we got ownedd......the combi of 2 gays was too gay for us...

okay so aft that we went out to some place.......
thn we went to listen to other choirs compete...

thn went back hotel and OWNED more in halo.
